I no longer feel guilty posting this kind of images!

This image was taken this past Saturday. My first weddings since March.

Driving home I reflected on the day passed, feeling overwhelmed with many emotions. Things… feel different, and that’s OK.

It’s time to heal… It’s time to enjoy these gatherings and not feel guilty. Being careful and respectful of new norms yes, but being surrounded by loved ones is something amazing and something that is ingrained in human spirit.

There is a notion that celebrating with less people is not as exciting… this wedding would prove you wrong. To be surrounded by PURE joy and LOVE from your immediate family and few BEST friends is a feeling like no other. It’s so special. I saw that on Saturday! Witnessing this on everyones faces was heartwarming!

I remember the laughter… It was infectious! It felt good to see people laughing again. Sharing stories and enjoying the company while celebrating the love that Tyler and Chase share. It was an amazing wedding, a beautiful day that was better then I could have imagined!

I believe more than ever that with good social distancing practice, we can get together and celebrate the love of two people. We need to be careful but it’s possible and so, so, so beautiful.

It will lift your spirit, it will fill your soul and it will definitely leave a mark on your heart.
